Call out fees from £75 (including first hour of labour) then from £50/hr thereafter  

 I offer a competitively priced like for like replacement service for customer supplied small items, such as switches, sockets & light fittings.

Whether replacing a faulty item or just giving the room a facelift, you only pay a set price:

£50 for the first item | £25 per additional item 

Need another socket installing? How about an extra light to brighten up that dark corner? I have you covered with my extension & modification service.

A report into the condition of your electrical installation which can help to forecast and/or prevent future issues. For rental properties, these are legally required every 5 years and at each change of tenancy, with commercial settings varying. These are also recommended for all domestic dwellings every 10 years, 

 I offer a competitively priced EET (electrical equipment testing - formerly PAT testing) service at your location.
